To register and operate as an OnDrive delivery partner, we collect the following categories of Personal Data:
- Identity & Contact Data: Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Profile Picture, and Username.
- Verification & Licensing Data: Driver's License details, vehicle registration details, proof of insurance, and data required for mandatory background checks.
- Payment & Financial Data: Bank account details or payment service information necessary for processing earnings and payouts.
- Geolocation Data: Precise, real-time location data collected actively while the app is running and logged in, which is essential for service matching, navigation, tracking deliveries, and safety.
- Performance Data: Data on trip history, time spent online, acceptance rates, cancellation rates, customer ratings, and operational feedback.
2. How We Use Driver Information
We use the Personal Data we collect from Drivers for the following purposes:
- To authenticate identity, perform background checks, and verify vehicle suitability.
- To facilitate the core service: matching delivery requests with available Drivers based on location and service area.
- To process and remit earnings, track fares, and issue necessary tax documentation.
- To monitor and improve the efficiency, safety, and quality of the delivery service.
- To provide customer support and resolve disputes or issues related to deliveries.
3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
We only share Driver Personal Data necessary to operate the platform and facilitate deliveries:
- Customers and Merchants: We share your Name, Profile Picture, approximate Location (during an active delivery), and expected delivery time to allow customers and merchants to track the delivery process.
- Verification Providers: Licensing and identity documents are shared with third-party service providers for background checks and identity verification.
- Payment Processors: Financial data is shared with secure payment processors to facilitate payouts of your earnings.
4. Data Security and Account Deletion
We apply robust security measures to protect all Personal Data. You have the right to request deletion of your Driver account and associated data.
